Springpoint is pleased to announce Dimitry Ruchaevsky, LNHA, as the new Administrator of Village Point Rehabilitation & Healthcare.
Dimitry is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Village Point, including licensed Administrator of Record. He will continue the tradition of excellent clinical outcomes and exceptional customer service at Springpoint’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.
With over 20 years of experience as a skilled nursing administrator, Dimitry has worked for several high-quality senior care services, including CareOne and Genesis Healthcare. In his most recent role as Senior Administrator at Jersey Shore Center, located in Eatontown, New Jersey, Dimitry led his team to multiple deficiency-free inspections from the New Jersey Department of Health while maintaining elevated levels of resident and employee satisfaction.
Dimitry is a graduate of Kean University with a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration and a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation. He remains active in the professional community, serving as a member of the Society of Licensed Nursing Home Administrators.
