With an outstanding 93% of team members participating in a comprehensive employee survey, Springpoint is honored to be certified by Great Place To Work®, a global leader in workplace culture and employee experience. Respondents offered honest feedback and thoughtful insight, highlighting the organization’s ongoing commitment to its people and thriving workplace culture.
This rigorous certification process–conducted by Great Place to Work Institute, Inc. in partnership with its senior care affiliate, Activated Insights–involved an in-depth survey of team members from every Springpoint community and affiliate, which currently numbers over 1,700. Standout respondent statements for 2025 include:

- 89% feel their work makes a difference
- 90% feel team members are made to feel welcomed when they join Springpoint
- 88% feel good about the ways Springpoint contributes to the community
These results reflect Springpoint’s dedication to providing meaningful growth opportunities, fostering open communication, and creating an environment where team members feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference in the lives of those they serve.

Springpoint introduced a variety of initiatives aimed at empowering and enhancing support for employees, including the upcoming launch of Springpoint University—a comprehensive professional development program. Springpoint University offers a broad array of continuing education courses designed to build valuable skills and strengthen leadership abilities. Additional efforts include the Springpoint Strong Fund, CNA Training Program, Educational Assistance Program, ESL Program, and a new floating holiday benefit.
